We Return Quarterly to Keep Things on Track

Do I need to be home?
For your initial visit, yes — we need to walk through the home together to build your profile. For future quarterly visits, we can work with you on access arrangements.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits take 30–60 minutes depending on home size and the number of filters and detectors. Your first visit may take a little longer as we build your home profile.
What if I have more than 2 filters?
Our Essential plan covers up to 2 standard HVAC filters. If you have more, you can upgrade to Plus (up to 4) or add additional filters as an add-on.
Do you provide the filters?
Yes — filters are included in your membership. We bring the correct filters based on your stored home profile.
