We replace your furnace and air handler filters on every quarterly visit. We track your filter sizes in your home profile so you never have to remember them again.

Smoke & CO Detector Checks
We test every smoke and carbon monoxide detector in your home, replace batteries as needed, and note any units that may need replacement.

Seasonal Maintenance Reminders
Before each season, we send you a personalized maintenance reminder checklist based on your home profile — so you're always prepared.

Digital Visit Report
After every visit, you receive a detailed digital report documenting what was completed, what was noted, and any recommendations for follow-up.

Stored Home Profile
On your first visit, we build a complete home profile: filter sizes, detector count, HVAC system notes, access instructions, and your maintenance schedule.

Basic Visual Maintenance Notes
During each visit, we perform a basic visual walkthrough and note anything that looks like it may need attention — without pressure or upselling.

HomeEase is a preventative maintenance membership — not a repair or contracting service.
We focus on the small, recurring tasks that prevent bigger problems. If we notice something during a visit that looks like it may need professional attention, we'll note it in your visit report — but we don't perform repairs, licensed inspections, or contracting work.
HomeEase provides basic preventative maintenance support and visual maintenance notes only. HomeEase does not provide licensed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general contracting services unless specifically stated through a licensed partner. Visual notes are not a home inspection.
