1. Services Provided
HomeEase provides a recurring home maintenance membership that includes quarterly visits for HVAC filter replacement, smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks, seasonal maintenance reminders, and related preventative maintenance services as described in your selected membership plan.
HomeEase provides basic preventative maintenance support and visual maintenance notes only. HomeEase does not provide licensed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general contracting services unless specifically stated through a licensed partner. Visual notes are not a home inspection.
2. Membership and Billing
Membership fees are billed quarterly as stated in your selected plan. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Plans include standard allowances as described; additional services, specialty filters, or add-ons may be priced separately.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your HomeEase membership at any time. We ask for reasonable notice prior to your next scheduled visit. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
4. Access and Scheduling
You agree to provide HomeEase with reasonable access to your home for scheduled visits. For initial visits, a homeowner or authorized adult must be present. For subsequent visits, access arrangements will be agreed upon in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
HomeEase is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or issues that arise outside the scope of our preventative maintenance services. Our visual notes do not constitute a professional home inspection and should not be relied upon as such.
6. Service Area
HomeEase currently serves Utah County, Utah. Service availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to decline service outside our current service area.
